Food Truck Fest Vendor Application

Application dates are Wednesday, July 31st - Friday, August 16th. You will receive notification if your truck was selected the week of August 19th. If your truck was selected to vend our 2019 Food Truck Fest, you will receive the Health Dept. Temporary Food Service Permit along with your next steps. Thanks for your interest.


Along with your application, a picture of your truck is required. Applications and truck pictures can be sent to Elizabeth Hammock at 478-318- 2714 or ehammock@marthabowman.org
